At Google, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If a device or accessory isn't right for you, you can return it within 15 calendar days of delivery for a full refund.

Return Process

• 1.
  Initiate Return

  Visit your Order History in the Google Store, select the item you wish to return, and click the 'Return' button to start the process.

• 2.
  Print Label

  After confirming your return request, download and print the prepaid shipping label and the return authorization slip provided in your email.

• 3.
  Pack Items

  Place the item in its original packaging along with all included accessories and the return authorization slip into a sturdy shipping box.

• 4.
  Ship and Track

  Affix the prepaid label to the outside of the box and drop it off at the designated carrier location to begin its journey back to our warehouse.
